KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – Klamath County Public Health (KCPH) officials report 48 new cases of COVID-19, and six deaths. The local case count is 2,470. Local deaths number 44.
Of the new cases, seven were in the statewide database on Saturday and count toward last week. Last week’s count was 170. The reporting week runs from Sunday through Saturday.
This week’s total is 41.
The deceased include:
- An 88-year-old man who died January 18 at his residence. He had underlying health conditions.
- A 69-year-old man who died January 16 at his residence. He had underlying health conditions.
- A 99-year-old woman who died January 16 at her residence. She had underlying health conditions.
- An 88-year-old woman who died January 15 at her residence. She had underlying health conditions.
- A 92-year-old man who died January 17 at Sky Lakes Medical Center. He had underlying health conditions.
- A 76-year-old woman who died at Sky Lakes Medical Center. She had underlying health conditions.
