On October 7, 2021 Klamath County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested Douglas Allan Lewis, 29 of Tulelake, CA on charges of Rape, Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, and Sexual Penetration 1st Degree. Charges are the result of an investigation into recently reported incidents with a minor victim that occurred in 2014.
Lewis was lodged at the Klamath County Jail on the following charges:
- Sexual Abuse 1st Degree x4
- Rape 1st Degree x2
- Sexual Penetration 1st Degree
