KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – On Thursday, February 5, 2026, members of the Basin Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team (BINET) concluded an ongoing investigation and arrested Klamath Falls, Oregon, resident Timothy MOULTON (19), in the 1100 block of Crescent Avenue in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The arrest location is next to, and adjacent to, Klamath Union High School.
BINET has been investigating Timothy MOULTON selling Marijuana, and Psilocybin Mushrooms to high school juvenile students near the high school property. When Timothy MOULTON was contacted, he possessed pre-packaged Psilocybin Mushrooms, and Marijuana for sale. Timothy MOULTON also possessed a loaded firearm under the seat of the vehicle he was driving. Timothy MOULTON admitted he was meeting a juvenile student to sell them the controlled substances at that location. Timothy MOULTON provided BINET with permission to return to his residence and conduct a search for additional evidence Investigators responded to Timothy MOULTON’s residence in the 1700 block of Fargo Street in Klamath Falls.
Investigators located and seized several thousand dollars of US currency believed to be from the sale of controlled substances, three (3) additional firearms, more than a pound of marijuana pre-packaged for resale, nearly a pound of Psilocybin Mushrooms pre-packaged for sale, LSD (Lysergic Acid Diethylamide), and evidence of distribution of controlled substances. Melissa MOULTON (39) was contacted at the residence and interviewed. Melissa MOULTON and Timothy MOULTON were issued citations for felony crimes including DCS-Marijuana to a minor for consideration.
