6th Street at the Viaduct downtown has been closed for about the last 15 minutes (as of just after 6pm) as police are dealing with a male in a mental health crisis. There are multiple officers on scene from Klamath Falls Police, Oregon State Police, and KCFD#1. Traffic has been closed over the bridge at the present time. Update at 7:20pm the situation has been resolved with no injuries.
