WHERE: Moore Park, 740 Lakeshore Drive, Klamath Falls, OR 97601

WHAT: The annual Dirty Pelican Race is set for Saturday, May 16, and takes racers through Moore Park and along Upper Klamath Lake in a bike, paddle, run competition. The Dirty Pelican is an adventure race that can be done as an individual or as part of a three-person team. It starts with 7.5 miles of mountain biking on Link River and Moore Park trails, then participants paddle 2 miles on a course in Upper Klamath Lake, and concludes with 3.5 miles of trail running in Moore Park.


As a special event open to all ages, the Dirty Pelican also has a 5k Fun Run on the same day. The Fun Run begins at approximately 9:15 am on Saturday, May 16.

WHY: The Dirty Pelican Bike, Paddle, Run Race in Klamath Falls was created as a friendly challenge and a way to bring people together outdoors, while also serving as a fundraiser that supports families in the community.

COST: Individual Dirty Pelican Bike, Paddle, Run racers can register for $75 and teams can register for $200. Racers can receive a discount until April 4 by using the promo codes EARLYBIRDSOLO for $10 off a solo entry or EARLYBIRDTEAM for $25 off a team entry. Fun Run participants can register for $20 per racer.
