A Warrenton, Oregon woman was arrested Tuesday and charged with 1st Degree Animal Abuse after cooking a Chihuahua alive in an oven. Noel Moor, 28, allegedly cooked the 7-year-old dog Monday night. Moor has been reported to be involved in several disturbances recently and was arrested by Warrenton Police while at Columbia Memorial Hospital.
