Early Morning Armed Robbery – Burglary Results In Arrest. Victims Hold Down Intruder.

At about 4:50am on 3-29-18 Police were called to a report of someone who broke into a room at the Klamath Travel Inn (just North of Klamath Falls on HWY 97) with a gun.

Klamath Falls City Police were the first on scene and arrested at least one person.

Initial reports are that the victim or victims who were in the room, held the armed intruder down until police arrived to make the arrest.

The Klamath County Sheriff’s Office is now on scene and taking over the investigation.
