On 4-11-18 at just before 8am a police officer rolled up on a stolen Suburban on Balsam Drive near Long Lake Road West of Stuart Lennox.
As the officer approached, two male suspects fled on foot. At this time the Suburban had not been reported stolen as the owners didn’t know it was missing.
Police from Klamath Falls City, Klamath County, and Oregon State Police chased the two suspects on foot for over an hour. During the chase, officers lost sight and then found the suspects again several times. A K-9 unit was also used during the pursuit.
At about 9:07am the suspects were spotted and arrested. A stolen Subaru and Suburban were recovered. Additional details expected when a formal press release is issued.
