As you may be aware, recently the City went out for proposals to update our current websites to make them more user friendly and easier for customers to access and navigate. At its December 3 meeting, Council approved award of this project to CivicPlus, Inc. This project is important to the City.
We are seeking to update our multiple websites (main City site, Police Department, Pool, Airport) to enhance the user experience, simplify content management and provide improved citizen-centric information and customer service to its community, while meeting high standards for design quality and visual appeal. We are excited to move forward with this project in 2019 as we continue to work to achieve our vision while providing 24/7/365 access.
