The latest SWE report which is the “Snow Water Equivalent” average is looking better. Klamath County is currently sitting at 98% on the latest provisional report. With more precipitation on the way it appears that we are making a good recovery.
The most recent report we posted on this showed Klamath County at around 73%. We are making good progress!
The snow water equivalent percent of normal represents the current
snow water equivalent found at selected SNOTEL sites in or near the basin compared to the average value for those sites on this day.
