It appears the ban on vaping products for nicotine flavored products has been issued a temporary stay by an Oregon Court of Appeals today.

Multiple news sources are reporting court documents show a coalition of vape businesses have sued the Oregon Health Authority, Governor Brown, and OHA Director Patrick Allen over the ban which began on Tuesday.

Note: It appears that marijuana vaping products are regulated by Oregon Liquor Control Commission and the stay issued by the court may not apply to them according to this article by the Oregonian.
