Comet C/2020 F3 (aka Neowise) was recently discovered and survived a critical time period as it passed close to the sun. The comet is now moving closer to earth and should be visible over the next couple of weeks.
The Klamath County Museum is hosting public viewing events at Moore Park starting July 13th. They posted event updates here on Facebook.
The comet is expected to be visible in the evening hours beginning July 13th and should gradually move higher in the sky and be easier to see.
