Klamath falls, OR – A previous media release from this agency was issued on September 16, 2020 and is attached. That release advised Elliot Parker, DOB 7/20/1989, and Harland Wright, DOB 6/7/1988 were arrested and charged with assault, robbery, kidnapping, and animal abuse. Probable cause was developed for the arrest of Parker and Wright, after it was alleged both men had been involved with the kidnapping of an adult male victim, and then with the killing and mutilation of the victim’s dog.
Detectives from the Klamath Falls Police Department continued to actively investigate further alleged horrific acts by Wright and Parker. Detectives located additional victims and developed probable cause to charge Wright with the additional charges of attempted murder, assault, robbery, kidnapping, and unlawful use of a weapon. Probable cause was developed to charge Parker with the additional charges of robbery, kidnapping, and assault.
It is alleged Wright and Parker physically assaulted the victim for an extended period of time. The victim was then forced to strip naked and climb into a box. The male victim was transported in the box to an unknown location where he was tortured. The victim was forced to remove a digit as a gun was held to his head. The victim alleges the entire incident last for approximately three hours.
Harland Wright and Elliot Parker remain incarcerated at that Klamath County Jail.
Detective still believe there are other victims that are afraid to come forward.
