Beginning June 5th through Wednesday evening, June 7th, LS Networks will be installing fiber optic cables in the downtown area. The work generally consists of arial installation on existing poles and underground installation in existing conduits. This will be a mobile operation with appropriate traffic control set up, utilizing flaggers and signage/cones. The project will begin at Pine/8th Street and proceed down Pine to 5th Street then 5th Street to the alley east of Willow, then the alley to S 6th Street, then South 6th to the overpass. There will be intermittent temporary sidewalk, parking lane, travel lane, and intersection closures during this time period. For more information contact (541) 548-3165.
