KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. – All three public museums operated by Klamath County will be open Tuesday, July 4.

The Klamath County Museum, 1451 Main St., will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday. Admission fees will be waived for Independence Day.

The Baldwin Hotel Museum, 31 Main St., will be open from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, for tours of the lobby and mezzanine level. Admission will be free.


The Fort Klamath Museum, 51400 Highway 62, will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, with free admission.

The Klamath County Museum will enter several antique vehicles in the Fourth of July parade in Klamath Falls. The museum caravan will include a 1904 Oldsmobile, a 1926 Buick and a 1970s Schwinn Stingray bicycle, as well as the museum’s streetcar replica.
