The City of Klamath Falls and the Klamath Falls Downtown Association (KFDA) are pleased to announce the return of the Façade & Building Improvement Grant Program for 2024. Matched grant dollars are available for exterior building improvements and interior renovations that lead to building re-occupancy and greater use. Grant funding will be awarded through a competitive application process for properties located within the KFDA Downtown Service Area and East Main Street corridor.

This will be the fourth round of the popular Façade and Building Improvement Grant Program that began in 2016. Targeted grant funding has spurred the renovation of numerous downtown buildings and continues to lead to new business openings, new downtown residences, and new private investment.
