Local author, Elizabeth Budden Schill will conduct a book signing of her new novel, Smooth Wind, on December 14th at 3 p.m. at the Klamath County Museum.
Smooth Wind, details the harrowing true-life journey of Kim Jing Wah Chang and his family, as they fled Communist China. Their flight to freedom, brought his family and countless other South East Asian refugees to Klamath Falls, Oregon where local families opened their homes to them as sponsors
