A serious traffic accident as occurred on HWY 140 East @ MP 53. This is 1 mile west of Bly. The Highway is reported closed in that area at this time. There is a report that someone is trapped in a vehicle with major injuries. This is reported to be an alcohol related crash and is under investigation. An air ambulance helicopter has been dispatched to the scene. Expect delays in that area.
