The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at a record high. It is the 102nd record close for the Dow since Election day.
The Dow climbed to a fresh record on Tuesday, while the S&P 500 closed in another one. Stocks continued their rally from Monday after the new trade agreement involving the U.S., Canada and Mexico was praised by Trump officials and economists.
