The Bootleg Fire burning near the Sprague River area has grown to an estimated 38,892 acres as of this morning. The fire was listed at 16,814 acres during the evening update yesterday. Gusty winds and low humidity have contributed to the fire spread. Additional details should be available soon with the next update later this morning.
