KLAMATH FALLS, OR – October 30, 2023. On October 31, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Pacific Terrace will be closed from Melrose Street to Van Ness Avenue. This closure is being conducted for the safety of children while they are trick-or-treating.
